Kaan - Mindful Recovery Team

We’re pleased to introduce Kaan, a valued member of our Mindful Recovery team. Kaan is dedicated to guiding you through a holistic journey of training, recovery, and healing, especially from addiction. Prioritising your comfort, Kaan is available to support you in your preferred setting—be it your home, our private gym, or the great outdoors.

 

Kaan is a powerhouse of knowledge and passion with a seven-year career in Calisthenics and a second-degree black belt in Karate under his belt. He will inspire you, push you beyond what you thought were your limits, and help you tap into your true potential.

 

Kaan isn’t just a Calisthenics expert. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, he’s also dived into boxing, continually adding more tools to his fitness toolbox to give you a multifaceted and effective workout experience.

 

At the core of Kaan’s approach is helping you improve your movement and prevent injuries. He takes the time to understand your body’s unique needs and designs a personalised plan to cater to those requirements. He aims to help you feel at home in your body, regain your confidence, and see self-care as a vital part of your wellness journey.
